Woot : One Day, One Deal (SM)

Well I noticed it had a FireWire port, so I hooked up one of my Firewire Flexible Grilling Skewers and nothing. I mean, I thought it was weird that they came in a 6 pack but maybe I should try a different one?

Yeah, the computer?s on. Yeah the camcorder?s on. What? Yes, the cable?s in the proper port. Come on, I?m not stupid. I took the Firewire out, loaded it up with chicken, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and steak, and marinated it on the skewer in the bag for a couple hours. Then I hooked it up to my computer. Well the one end?s pretty pointy so I just stuck that in as far as it would go until it stuck.

Whaddya mean why would I- look pal, I did that because this thing is stainless steel. I can marinate all day right on the skewer and not have to handle the meat twice or worry about the whole thing breaking like those little bamboo guys do when they sop up too much juice. No I?m not worried about any damage; any part of the wire that?s not directly over a fire stays cool to the touch so you can turn it without tongs.

No I?m not worried about cleaning it up, it?ll hop right in the dishwasher. The computer? Why would I clean- Oh god. Oh no I?ve made a terrible mistake. Excuse me, I have to go peel the molten plastic and a/v cable off my grill.
